A PROTECTING EQUIPMENT FOR UNDERGROUND TRANSMISSION LINE

PURPOSE: An underground distribution line protecting device is provided to inform an operator of the position of an underground distribution line by generating a sound and smoke when hitting an upper protective plate. CONSTITUTION: A distribution cable(2) is installed inside a distribution line protection pipe(1). An alarm box(10) is installed on the distribution line protection pipe. An upper protective plate(50) is installed on the alarm box. A resonance box(30) is installed inside the alarm box. A hitting device(20) is fixed on an inner wall of the alarm box and hits the resonance box. A smoke generator is fixed on the inner wall of the alarm box and is operated by a switch.
