An apparatus for controlling temperature with high speed and accuracy in a heating element and recording medium thereof are provided to enables rapid heating using maximal amount of electric power and quickly raise the temperature. A temperature control apparatus having high speed and accuracy a power application unit, voltage reduction sensing unit, microcontroller, and power control unit. The power application unit applies the electric power to a heating element and induces heating. The voltage reduction sensing unit enables the measurement of voltage reduction in the heating element. The microcontroller calculates the resistance of the heating element based on the voltage.
