Device for error detection for roller alignment of run out table in hot steel mill line and method for error detection using the same

摘要

PURPOSE: An error detecting system of alignment of rollers on run out table in hot rolling line and an error detecting method using the same are provided to improve quality of hot rolled strip product and enable prompt maintenance and stable hot rolling operation by giving an alarm to operator after finding wrong aligned rollers even during operation. CONSTITUTION: In a hot rolling line comprising a plural rollers composing a run out table, and a plural motors respectively connected to the plural rollers, the error detecting system of alignment of rollers on the run out table in the hot rolling line comprises a current sensor(4) for measuring current values supplied to the respective motors; an A/D converter(11) for converting the received current values into digital values by receiving the measured current values; an operation part(13) for judging if the converter measured current values are included in a preset standard range; and an output part(14) for outputting the judgement results of the operation part.
