DEVICE FOR SHRINK-FIT USING THE HYDROSTATIC EFFECT

PURPOSE: A thermal fitting device using the hydrostatic effect is provided to improve the straightness and focus hypocenter of spins by inserting an outer pipe to a hollow cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A thermal fitting device using the hydrostatic effect comprises a thermal fitting device(100) and an outer pipe(200). The outer pipe comprises a plurality of support stands(110) according to the pipe length. A high trough tick pad(130) is built in the top part of the support stand. The outer pipe comprises the support stand and a hollow cylinder(120) which passes through both ends for the support stand. A seal is located on the both ends of the hollow cylinder and is contacted with the outer pipe. The outer pipe contains fluid of high pressure and high temperature which passes through a fluid path. The outer pipe sprays the fluid to the inside of the hollow cylinder through a fluid hole of the hydro tick pad. A fluid outlet(150) is included on the lower part of the hollow cylinder. The thermal fitting device discharges the fluid through the fluid outlet.
