PURPOSE: A structural member for reinforcing strength of a concrete structure is provided to reinforce strength of the concrete structure.;CONSTITUTION: A structural member for reinforcing strength of a concrete structure comprises main bars(52), hoop bars(54), and circle loops(62). The main bars are equipped in a concrete beam(56), and buried. The hoop bars are arranged at equal intervals, and reinforce the side of the main bars.
