A span bridge construction method using PSC girder is provided that the quality and construction are efficiently managed without the new facility in the manufacture of the PSC girder. A span bridge construction method using PSC girder comprises as follows. PSC girders(100a,100b) for both ends span effective span(L1) dragon and inside span effective span(L2) are manufactured. A temporary bent(200) for the inside span effective span is installed. PSC girders for both ends span effective span for and inside span effective span are set between the temporary bents. The compression prestress is introduced by using tendons(310) through the full length of connected PSC girders. The connected PSC girder is supported by the temporary bent.
