PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing stress from focusing on an embossed part of a chassis is provided to prevent the stress from focusing on one portion by uniformly forming the embossed part in a forming operation of the embossed part.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing stress from focusing on an embossed part of a chassis comprises a first core(200), a second core(300), and an embossed part(120). An extrusion knife(210) of the first core is formed along the outer circumference of the entrance of a concave groove(220). The second core comprises a protrusion(310) which is inserted into the concave groove.
