PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling the images of a rear view camera of a vehicle are provided to allow a driver to recognize a rear blind spot easily by regulating the angle of a rear view camera.;CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the images of a rear view camera of a vehicle comprises a rear view camera(1), a vehicle information generator(4), an image control module(2), and a touch screen monitor(3). The vehicle information generator provides vehicle information for deciding the imaging start time point of the rear view camera. The image control module recognizes the operation start of the rear view camera, converts audio/video and the rear view camera image, and regulates the rear view camera image according to a camera angle adjusting request from a user. The monitor displays graphic user interface icons, including four camera angle adjusting icons for changing the camera angle to the left, right, upper, or lower side and a screen return icon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
