A service subscriber registration/cancellation receiver(200) receives registration or cancellation of a service subscriber. A serial number generator(300) produces a serial number corresponding to service registration. A member information storage unit(600) stores information of the subscriber and the serial number. A financial company inquiry responding unit(500) responds to a query received from a financial corporation system based on the member information storage unit. A communication interface(100) performs communication between the financial corporation system and the service subscriber.
