PURPOSE: A plaster cast using a silicon pad is provided to reduce pain of a fractured region, to stabilize the fractured region by closely attaching the pad to a body, and to prevent the part in which the pad is attached from be full of sweat through a reentrant groove and a through-hole. CONSTITUTION: A plaster cast using a silicon pad comprises: a pad(20) which is composed of silicon material and includes a plurality of reentrant grooves; an aluminum plate(30) which is included inside the pad and is transformable to closely adhere a fractured rib; an adhesion layer(40) which is closely adhered to the rear side of the pad except for the reentrant groove; and a through-hole(50) in which external air freely flows in by penetrating the pad and the aluminum plate in the reentrant groove.
