Composition of Soil-Polymer-Cement Concretes using Principles of Polymer Cement Concretes

PURPOSE: A soil-polymer-cement concrete composite is provided to improve the bending and tensile strength of a soil solidified product and to enhance compressive strength. CONSTITUTION: A soil-polymer-cement concrete composite comprises a polymer aqueous solution 1-20 parts by weight which comprises aggregate 10-70 parts by weight, sand 10-40 parts by weight, soil 10-50 parts by weight, cement 5-20 parts by weight, and a polymer solid part 0.1-70 parts by weight; an admixture 0.1-3 parts by weight; and water 5-20 parts by weight. The composition comprises further at least one selected from reinforcing fiber 5-30 parts by weight, gypsum 2-20 parts by weight, blast furnace slag 5-15 parts by weight, fly ash 2-8 parts by weight, calcium sulfoaluminate 2-6 parts by weight, and fumed silica 1-10 parts by weight.
