NANOEMULSION, NANOPARTICLE CONTAINING RESVERATROL AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A nanoemulsion, a nanoparticle, and their preparation methods are provided to increase the bioavailability of resveratrol hardly soluble in water. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion is prepared by mixing resveratrol with an organic solvent; mixing the mixture with medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride; concentrating it under reduces pressure at 50C-55C to remove the organic solvent; mixing the mixture of medium chain glyceride and resveratrol with a surfactant; dissolving the mixture in water; and precipitating the nanoemulsion in a solvent or vacuum freezing it. The nanoemulsion comprises 90 ~ 99.5 wt% of water.
