PURPOSE: A building air-conditioning system using a load distribution method is provided to reduce a cooling load by introducing minimum external air for cooling and dehumidifying and using geothermal energy as a heating source.;CONSTITUTION: A building air-conditioning system using a load distribution method comprises an air-conditioning unit(100), a sensible heat processing unit(200), and a heat source unit(300). The air-conditioning unit comprises an air supply conditioner(120), an exhaust system(140), and a compressor(150). The air supply conditioner is positioned on an inlet side of the external air. The air supply conditioner comprises a first heat exchanger, a secondary heat exchanger, and a supply fan. The first heat exchanger, the secondary heat exchanger, and the supply fan cool and dehumidify external air. The exhaust system is positioned on the exhaust pipe of the indoor air. The exhaust system comprises a first heat exchanger, a secondary heat exchanger, and an exhaust fan. The compressor compresses refrigerant.
