A manufacturing method for an aluminum cooker having an induction heating function and the aluminum cooker are provided to relieve the deformation due to the thermal expansion coefficient difference of a metal heating plate. A manufacturing method for an aluminum cooker having an induction heating function is as follows. A hole(31) is formed by cutting a part of a heating plate(30), a supporting part(32) is set up the cut part, and a heating plate is arranged in a low die(100). A forming space is formed by connecting a mold(200) to the lower die and the heating plate is fixed to the low die floor. The aluminum alloy is injected in the forming space. The supporting part is insert-anchored in the floor of the cooker. The cooker is arranged in a forging press and an upward curved surface is formed on the center of the cooker bottom. The surface of the cooker is coated. The floor of the cooker is ground.
