System for operating agency payment in IPTV shopping mall system

A device for enabling other person to pay for goods of a user in an IPTV(Internet Protocol TV) shopping mall is provided to enable the user of a home shopping system to request the other person to perform payment without directly paying for the goods. An IPTV shopping mall operation server(20) transmits a PG(Payment Gateway) request message for goods selected by a user. An SMS(Short Message Service) server(40) transmits the received PG request message to a mobile user. A mobile shopping mall operation server(60) communicates with the IPTV shopping mall operation server to process PG for goods to be paid by providing mobile shopping contents to a mobile user when the mobile user receiving the PG request message is connected.
