One cordless communication network of system raising efficiency of combustion uses the every unit of multiple frequencies. The system includes the first mechanism, for monitoring network and multiple frequencies, and provides corresponding state value, reacts to it. Second mechanism compares state value to predetermined load criterion and provides instruction in response to the one or more state value, when meeting the criterion. Third mechanism redistributes network according to the instruction. In one embodiment, which includes one or more scheduled threshold values, so that, by one or more state values, standard is satisfied when more than one scheduled threshold value. The state value indicates that loading condition is used for each associated frequency of telecommunication system resources. Loading condition represents current resource and is allocated for each the multiple frequency.
