A rainwater collecting system in which the initial rainwater separation is possible without power is provided to collect rainwater of the large amount excluding the initial rainwater by minimizing the pollution level of the collected rainwater. A rainwater collecting system in which the initial rainwater separation is possible without power is composed of a casing(1) having a water inlet pipe(10), a drain port(11), a rainwater storage chamber(12), and an initial rainwater discharge pipe(4), a float member(3) installed in the storage chamber of the casing, an inclined screen(2) supplying the filltered rainwater to the storage chamber, an initial rain water separator, a dischrage pipe(5), and an overflow pipe(6).
