High Manganese High Strength Steel Sheets with Excellent Fatigue Resistance and Manufacturing Method Thereof

A high manganese high strength steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the fatigue resistance of the steel sheet by regulating the amount of AIN to minimize inclusion and deposits. A manufacturing method of high manganese high strength steel sheet comprises a step of inserting alloy except for aluminum in an LF(Ladle Furnace) or an electric furnace after tapping, a step of transferring the molten steel to a vacuum treating facility, and a step of injecting inert gas in the vacuum treating facility to create inert atmosphere and then inserting aluminum. The high manganese high strength steel is composed of and inevitable impurities.
