Creep tester with the function of automatic restart at turn on powering after electric shutdown

摘要

A creep tester with automatic restarting function after electric shutdown is provided to minimize waste of time and material and observe temperature range which the international standard requests in test result value by having an automatic restarting function after electric shutdown. A creep tester comprises a hot furnace(10), a lever arm(20), a tilt sensor(30), a specimen fixing part(40), a lifting part(50), a strain gauge(60), a temperature sensor, and a controller. The one side of a specimen(1) is fixed on the lever arm and the load is applied on the specimen. The specimen fixing part is fixed on the lower part of a thermostat and fixes the other end of the specimen. The controller controls the operation of the lifting part and the power source supplied to the thermostat. The controller operates an alarm unit in case the power source is applied again after electric shutdown in testing the creep. The controller automatically controls the temperature of the creep tester, and the tilt and load of the load arm.
