FOREIGN MATERIAL QUALITY SORTING SYSTEM OF RECYCLED AGGREGATE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting foreign substances of recycled sand is provided to produce high quality sand with low absorption rate and high strength by rotating sand including foreign substances by the centrifugal force and completely removing the floating foreign substances. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sorting foreign substances of recycled sand comprises a first cyclone chamber(20) in which water-sand mixture put into an inlet(21) is rotated by the centrifugal force so that foreign materials in the water-sand mixture are floated to the upper side of a vessel(10), a second cyclone chamber(30) in which the sand settled in the first cyclone chamber is rotated by washing water put into a inlet(31) so that the remaining foreign materials and fine dust are separated, and a conveyor transfer device(40) which transfers the sand separated secondly and discharged through an outlet(33).
