PURPOSE: A high reference pressure indicator for a refrigerant recovering/recycling/charging device, and a refrigerant recovering/recycling/charging device applied with the same are provided to compare a high reference pressure with a measured pressure of the refrigerant recovering/recycling/charging device, thereby determining whether an air conditioner is normal or abnormal. CONSTITUTION: A high reference pressure indicator(100) for a refrigerant recovering/recycling/charging device comprises a temperature and humidity sensor(12), a microprocessor(10), and a display window(14). The temperature and humidity sensor measures temperature and humidity of external air, and transmits data about the measured temperature and humidity to the microprocessor. The microprocessor sets and stores high reference pressure data of a high pressure part corresponding to the external air temperature and humidity, and receives the data about the temperature and humidity measured by the temperature and humidity sensor. The display window receives and displays the high reference pressure data.
