PURPOSE: A multilayered transparent conductive film is provided to compensate the function of a transparent conductive film consisting of a conventional single conductive layer, to improve transparency, electric conductivity, substrate adhesive property, dispersibility, chemical stability, durability and scratch resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a multilayered transparent conductive film from one part carbon nanotube binder mixed solution consisting of carbon nanotube and binder comprises the steps of: preparing a carbon nanotube binder mixed solution with different content of binders; and successively applying the binder mixed solutions on a substrate to form a multi-layered transparent conductive film.
