PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rotor of an induction motor and the rotor manufactured thereby are provided to prevent damage to the rotor of the induction motor by completely attaching a conductive bar with a laminate.;CONSTITUTION: A lower end ring, a laminate, and an upper end ring are successively laminated on a jig. The upper end ring is pressurized to closely fix steel plates(S100). A solvent is injected into the slot of the laminate through penetration holes of the upper and lower end rings. The conductive bar is inserted into the penetration hole and the slot(S210). The fused solvent is filled in the gap between the conductive bar and the slot, and the penetration hole(S220). The slot, the penetration hole and the conductive bar are integrated as one body by cooling solvent(S300).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
