A manufacturing method of polyester thick and thin yarn with a direct spin drawing process, the polyester thick and thin yarn manufactured thereby, and an emulsion sticking device are provided to produce the polyester thick and thin yarn having an area ratio of 2 or greater in a thick and a thin parts. A manufacturing method of polyester thick and thin yarn includes a step for injecting a polyester emulsion solution and pure water on raw yarn which is injected through a polyester spinneret(12), and a step for performing heat-treating and drawing. An alternating cycle of the pure water and the emulsion solution is 10 - 5000 time/minutes. A feeding ratio of the pure water and the emulsion solution is 0.1 - 10. The concentration of the emulsion solution is 0.1 ~ 100wt%.
