PURPOSE: A grid connected blocking device and a protection method thereof are provided to prevent the power loss due to the phase difference between a common power and a distributed power by synchronizing the phase of a distributed voltage with the phase of a common voltage.;CONSTITUTION: A first phase measuring part(21) measures the phase of a common voltage provided through a common electricity system. A second phase measurement part(23) measures the phase of the distributed voltage provided through the distributed electric power source system. A comparison part(24) outputs an output signal according to the phase difference between a common voltage and a distributed power. A duty generating part(25) offers a reference duty to the inverter of the distributed electric power source system in response to the output signal of the comparison part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
