This invention relates to novel fluorene -based resin polymer and its preparation method and containing a urethane bond , it relates to a negative-working photosensitive resin composition comprising a binder resin , after proceeding to the diol compound and the condensation reaction using a compound having a diisocyanate group in place of the fluorene -based resin when the acid anhydride polymers containing the urethane bond , by introducing the desired acid value by using the separate acid anhydride , low molecular weight , even though within the photosensitive resin composition is excellent in chemical resistance and developing margin and provides a higher sensitivity .
