The first input unit(110) enters the warehousing item, the weight of the warehousing item, and the prime cost of warehousing item. The loss-in-weight rate setting unit(111) establishes the loss-in-weight rate about the warehousing item. The warehousing management item setting unit(112) establishes the management item for managing about the warehousing item. The sales management item setting unit(113) sets up the management item as the item for managing about the sale item of the livestock sold in a store. The first storage(130) determines the input of the loss-in-weight rate from the first input units.
