Web based broad area lightning strike alarm system using ground electrostatic field measuring sensor

PURPOSE: A web based broad area lightening strike alarm system using a ground electrostatic field measuring sensor is provided to minimize damage due to thunderbolt by transmitting an individual thunderbolt alarm message to a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A ground electrostatic field measuring sensor(110) detects electrostatic field on a ground. A local PC(120) receives electrostatic field data from the ground electrostatic field measuring sensor. A server(130) collects data from the local PC. A central PC(140) deduces thunderbolt information through the data collected in the server. The server provides the thunderbolt information to a normal PC connected to internet. A base station connects the central PC to the mobile communication terminal.
