PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fabric having functions for decreasing fat and shock-absorbing is provided to reduce accumulation of internal-organ fat with increase of abdomen temperature by infrared rays emission. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fabric having functions for decreasing fat and shock-absorbing includes a step for mixing neoprene powder with a mixture of a foaming agent, lubricating oil, a promoter and a hardening agent, a step for forming a neoprene sheet(10), and a step for forming a coating fabric part(11) on the rear side of the neoprene sheet. The coating fabric part contains yellow soil powder. A protrusion is formed on the rear side of the coating fabric part.
