PURPOSE: A linear or rotational bearing with fine patterns using a femtosecond laser, and a measuring method thereof are provided to reduce frictional force, and to improve durability by improving abrasion properties. CONSTITUTION: A linear or rotational bearing with fine patterns using a femtosecond laser is composed as follows. Fine patterns are formed on the friction surface of the linear or rotational bearing. The fine patterns are repetitively and continuously formed using an Nd:YAG laser and a femtosecond laser. The size of the fine patterns is less than 10 micrometers.
