Recylcled thermoplastic elastomer using rubber waste and its preparation method

PURPOSE: A recycled thermoplastic elastomer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce cost competitive thermoplastic elastomer using waste rubber. CONSTITUTION: A recycled thermoplastic elastomer using waste rubber is molded by putting a mixture(1) including scrap rubber powder, olefin thermoplastic resin and organic vulcanizate in an extruder. The scrap rubber powder is formed by high-temperature shear crushing with the average particle size of 10~400m. A surface activator such as diphenyl disulfide is used in the high-temperature shear crushing process.
