THE PAINTING METHOD OF LONGE USING SELF-CONTROL MOVABLE TYPE PAINTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for painting a longe in a hull block using a self-control mobile painting apparatus is provided to automatically paint lots of longes while traveling inside the hull block, thereby improving productivity and painting quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for painting a longe in a hull block using a self-control mobile painting apparatus comprises steps of: positioning the self-control mobile painting apparatus on a bottom plate inside the hull block through a manhole formed on a section floor(S110), successively painting lower longes by moving the self-control mobile painting apparatus repetitively along the lower longes(S120), holding the self-control mobile painting apparatus to the section floor and moving it to the top(S140), successively painting upper longes by moving the self-control mobile painting apparatus repetitively along the upper longes(S150), holding the self-control mobile painting apparatus to the section floor and moving it to the bottom(S160), and removing the self-control mobile painting apparatus from the inside of the hull block through the manhole formed on the section floor(S170).
