FAST-FERMENTED BEAN PASTE POWDER INCLUDING RHODIOLA ROSE ROOT, FERMENTED SOYBEAN LUMP ROUGH POWDER INCLUDING RHODIOLA ROSEA ROOT AND THE METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Functional soybean paste powder and coarse powder type fermented soybeans containing Rhodiola rosea and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove a specific smell of the soybean paste with Rhodiola rosea extract, Foeniculum vulgare extract, and Syzygium aromaticum extract. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of soybean paste powder includes the following steps: extracting Rhodiola rosea with alkaline ion water(pH 7.0~9.0)(S1); soaking soybeans in water for 15 ~ 30 hours; steaming the soybeans in 90~100C steam for 3 ~ 7 hours; manufacturing chlorella suspension; inoculating the chlorella suspension with Bacillus subtilis after cooling the suspension; fermenting the inoculated soybean with the suspension; pulverizing the fermented soybeans; freeze-drying an aqueous solution(S8); and suspending the steamed soymilk with chlorella 0.5~2.0g.
