PURPOSE: A method for optimizing a schedule and predicting track deterioration is provided to improve management efficiency by standardizing the scheduling process of the repair and maintenance of a railway track. CONSTITUTION: A segment is generated(S101). The repair history of the segment is updated(S102). Metering data is updated(S103) The track deterioration of the segment is predicted based on a total quality index and the repair history(S106). A repair list is generated on a place which requires the repair(S107). The resource and schedule for the repair are determined(S109).
