PURPOSE: An insulating oil processing method including PCBs(Polychlorinated Biphenyls) is provided to improve usability of the waste oil and environmental waste clam in a recycling or a resource making filed by adjusting heating temperature of dehydration time of precipitate.;CONSTITUTION: An insulating oil processing method including PCBs(Polychlorinated Biphenyls) includes a step for separating chlorine of the PCBs in insulating oil containing the PCBs(S101) and a step for adsorbing the separated chlorine in an adsorbent. The adsorbent is waste including calcium or calcium carbonate. The waste is shells with pores.
