Video saving method with variable frame rate according to the amount of human object motion of video in surveillance camera system

PURPOSE: A method for storing variable frame videos depending on the movement amount of an object in a monitor camera system is provided to differently set storing speed in proportion to the movement amount of an object in a monitoring image. CONSTITUTION: A monitor camera system includes a monitoring image capturing unit(100) and a sensor signal obtaining unit(200). The monitoring image capturing unit comprises CCD and CMOS sensors which accept images. The sensor signal obtaining unit comprises a motion detecting sensor detecting the motion of an object and a temperature measuring sensor measuring the temperature of the object.
