A method and a system for supporting home based small business in ubiquitous environment are provided to support to process the various the small scale work type by home-based workers. A network(110) can be a wire or the wireless internet, or a public switching telephone network(PSTN), or a wireless mobile telecommunication network, or the core network integrated with the portable Internet. A central server(120) is connected to terminal and network of telecommuter. A customer consulting center(130) runs the computer like including the desk top personal computer, the notebook computer. A customer terminal(160) and mobilization staff terminal(180) are the mobile telecommunication terminal or the wired terminal. A business branches terminal(150) and a home-based worker terminal(170) are computer including the desk top personal computer, the notebook computer.
