摘要

PURPOSE: A suspension bridge bar hanger device and a method for controlling the displacement of a suspension bridge is provided to minimize bent angle of a center hanger and reduce flexural displacement. CONSTITUTION: A suspension bridge bar hanger device comprises a main cable mounting part(10), a reinforcement girder mounting part(20), an inner circular ring, a sliding circular plate, a hanger board(30), an outer circular ring, and a fixation pin(50). The main cable mounting part is formed into a triangular shape and comprises a through hole. The reinforcement girder mounting part is formed into a triangular shape and has a through-hole inside. The inner circular ring is placed at both sides of the through-hole of the main cable mounting part and both sides of the through-hole of the reinforcement girder mounting part. The sliding circular plate is formed outside the inner circular ring.
