PURPOSE: A coupling structure of an instrument for a surgery is provided to minimize the collision and interference between instruments by forming the housing of the instrument into a tablet shape.;CONSTITUTION: A housing(30) is installed in the leading end part of a robot arm. An interface part(34) is formed in the thick part of the housing. A plurality of drivers(36) are arranged in the interface part. A plurality of drivers are operated with the driving force from an adapter. A shaft(40) is combined with the housing. An effector(38) is combined with the end part of the shaft.
