PURPOSE: An eco-friendly PVC composition is provided to be more eco-friendly by preventing the generation of harmful heavy metals, to obtain antibiotic effect, and to improve the health of a user due to the generation of far infrared rays and negative ions.;CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly PVC composition includes a PVC resin, a lead-free thermal stabilizer, an acrylic impact absorbing material, and loess powder having moisture content less than 7.0% and a size of 250-6000 meshes. A method for manufacturing the eco-friendly PVC composition comprises the following steps: mixing the PVC, the lead-free thermal stabilizer, the acrylic impact absorbing material, a filler, and coloring agent using a mixer; putting the loess powder into the mixture at 95-105 °C; and terminating the mixing step at 110-123 °C and cooling the mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
