A virtual simulation system and a hardware control program implementation method for accomplishing the quality improvement of a teaching practice are provided to give a subject preparing the same program as the program controlling a hardware platform. Each command included in an embedded system control program is decoded and patched(130). Information controlling a specific hardware module comprising the embedded system in the decoded instruction is included is determined(140). According to a decision result, the information controlling the specific hardware module is transformed to the information controlling the specific software module(150). According to the transformed information, the specific software module is performed. The output data of the specific software module is indicated through the graphic user interface.
