Porous Carbon Nanotube Film and the Fabrication Method Thereof

PURPOSE: A porous carbon nanotube film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the self-assembly possible by the liquid separation and form a mesopore and a nanoporouscarbon by removing the droplet and hydrophobic polymer. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a porous carbon nanotube film comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a composite membrane by coating a complex solution which contains the hydrophobic polymer, carbon nanotube and organic solvent on a substrate; forming a droplet moisture-condensed on the composite membrane by making gas which contains the moisture contacted with the composite membrane; obtaining a porous carbon nanotube-polymer composite film by vaporizing the organic solvent and droplet; and manufacturing a porous carbon nanotube by thermal-processing the porous carbon nanotube-polymer composite film.
