PURPOSE: A method for financial transaction using virtual account and a system thereof are provided to use all financial activities without using the first banks. CONSTITUTION: If the virtual account issue request data is inputted from the user computer, the virtual account number in which the server computer is in associated with the cooperation banking organ is created(S40). The communication connection to the cooperation banking organization computer is processed(S50). The usage grant of the virtual account is requested(S60). If the authorization about the virtual account production/usage is included from the cooperation banking organ computer, the account password number inputted from the user computer is encrypted to the password of the virtual account(S70). The customer information including the account information and information for identity of user is saved in database(S80).
