PURPOSE: A slope reinforcing nailing for a road and a complex and a slope reinforcing method using the same are provided to efficiently reinforce the ground by securely installing a fixing head. CONSTITUTION: A slope reinforcing nailing for a road and a complex comprises a nail bar(10) of a reinforcing bar, a push bar(20), a fixing head(30), a fixing wing(40), and a push ring(50). The push bar is separably connected to the nail bar. The fixing head is fixed to the inner wall of the nail bar and guides the rotation of the push bar. The fixing wing is expanded by the push bar. The push ring pushes the fixing wing toward the fixing head when the push bar is rotated.
