PURPOSE: A device for preventing damage to a winch of a floodgate is provided to prevent a winch, a rack bar, and a floodgate from becoming damaged and deformed by preventing a drive motor from becoming heated. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing damage to a winch of a floodgate comprises a support board(110), a support shaft(120), a fixing unit(140), a frame(11), an elastic body(130), and a thread unit(121). Fixing holes(111) are formed in both sides of the support board. The support shaft is vertically formed on the top of the support board to pass through a through hole(11a) formed in a winch of a floodgate. The fixing unit is coupled to the top of the support shaft. The frame is inserted into the support shaft. The elastic body is installed in the bottom of the fixing unit. The thread unit is formed in the top of the support shaft and is coupled to the fixing unit.
