A composition including IL-10 is provided to adjust the immune reaction by conveniently accelerating the self-renewal acid of the hematopoietic stem cell of the pulverization step without a separate cell regulator process. A composition comprises an interleukin(IL) -10 promoting a self-renewal acid of the hematopoietic stem cell. The hematopoietic stem cell is derived from human marrow. The composition additionally includes the hematopoietic stem cell separated from the growth factor, cytokine and chemokine.
