PURPOSE: A hybrid ventilating apparatus is provided to save energy by reducing the unnecessary mechanical ventilation by detecting a seasonal external temperature by a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid ventilating apparatus is composed of a mechanical air supply unit(10), a mechanical air discharging unit(20), and a natural air discharging unit(30). The mechanical air supply unit comprises a first air supply pipe(11), an air supply fan(12), and a second air supply pipe(13). The first air supply pipe is connected to the outside of a building to supply the air from the outside to the inside. The air supply fan is connected to the end of the first air supply pipe. In order to collect the waste heat of a heating pipe(40), the second air supply pipe is installed on the lower part of the heating pipe. The mechanical air supply unit comprises a first discharging pipe(21) and a second discharging pipe(24). The front end of the first air discharging pipe is connected to the wall or the ceiling of the inside, the rear end is connected to a bathroom fan(23), and a first damper(22) is connected between the front and rear ends of the first air discharging pipe. The front end of the second discharging pipe is connected to the bathroom fan and the rear end is connected to outside. The natural air discharging unit comprises a second damper(31) for discharging the polluted air from inside to outside.
