PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing an auto diary based on a question are provided to select and display an answer example in answer categories corresponding to a displayed question, thereby generating various questions, answers and diaries by a small amount of data. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing an auto diary based on a question includes the followings steps. A question is selected and displayed(S201). At least one answer example is selected and displayed among answer lists of categories corresponding to questions(S202). An answer selected among answer examples is inputted(S203). A diary is generated based on questions and answers(S207).
