PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mobile user interface(UI) using a manufacturing toolbar, an apparatus for manufacturing the mobile UI, and a recording medium including a program for implementing the method are provided to more efficiently manufacture/test the UI of mobile by performing UI production and UI simulation in a same apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A UI(User Interface) editor(10) includes a work domain(110), a page / summary domain(120), and a menu domain(130). Connection to an arrival screen(420) is operated when a connection key and a connection menu which are connected to a connection line(430) are pressed in a sign-on display(410). A simulator(50) includes a scene domain(510) in which the screen of the mobile is marked, a keypad domain(520), and a menu domain(530). One or more instance screens copying a first screen are provided.
