PURPOSE: A construction method for conducting rainwater underground through existing rain gutters and a rainwater filtering device are provided to allow rainwater to flow into the ground by improving the function of existing rain gutters. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for conducting rainwater underground through existing gutters is as follows. The bottom of a rain gutter(100) installed is dredged and cleaned with water. The bottom of the rain gutter is drilled to the set depth. The drilled space is filled with gravel and large-grain sand(140). A filter(150) for filtering foreign materials is installed on the gravel and large-grain sand. A separable cap(160) for cleaning and maintenance is installed on the filter.
